  1. Everything went smoothly until Round 8, after that, I had to puzzle it out using the photo. It was not hard to figure out, the basic information for 8, 9, and 10 is there, it just isn’t exactly correct. I only did a few stitches of Round 11 so I can’t say how accurate those directions are. Even though it was turning out nicely, I was using Sugar ‘n Cream with a G hook and I decided it was much bigger than I wanted. Thank you for sharing. I am going to frog this one but will use this pattern again, I want some dishcloths in this design. 😀

    1. Ironically, I’ve just finished rewriting the pattern, so hopefully that should clarify the instructions. I truly appreciate you taking the time to highlight the problems you had with the pattern, I shall double check the new instructions before posting them later, to make sure it is all clear 🙂

  2. I was wondering how you would be able to connect the motifs say if I wanted to make a placemat or runner or even a nice bedspread.

    1. You could possibly sew them together, or link them as in either of these patterns:
      https://chrisandshanascraftshack.wordpress.com/2015/02/04/gerbera-lace-border-crochet-pattern/
      https://chrisandshanascraftshack.wordpress.com/2015/04/14/juliets-motif-crochet-pattern/
Or crochet them together by working from one ch space to the other.

There is possibly a better way of working it in pattern, but I’d need a few days, at least, to work it out! 🙂
